As America scrambles to meet the retirement needs of 78 million aging Baby Boomers, Professor of Social Welfare Andrew Scharlach explains that the country "needs to focus on creating communities that accommodate our needs as we grow older, communities where the wisdom of years is valued and applied." In this interview, Scharlach details how these aging-friendly communities help accommodate the growing numbers of senior citizens. (#19840)
