Ron Rohrbaugh from Cornell then talked about the novel and adaptive survey techniques used in trying to document the rediscovery while Robert Cooper from the University of Georgia ended the session with a broader discussion of conservation within the context of the rediscovery of the Ivory-billed Woodpecker.
