Radhika Coomaraswamy, the U.N. Under-Secretary-General, Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, draws on her years of experience as a lawyer and Sri Lankan Human Rights Commissioner to address the many challenges in protecting boys and girls caught in wars around the world.
