Physical and Mental Health During COVID-19

There is growing concern about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing on physical health and mental well-being. Analyses demonstrate large disruptions to physical activity and mental health during COVID-19 compared both to baseline and to a prior cohort. This puts people at risk for clinical depression.
