Bob Wood, Public Service CEO & Lifelong Mentor

2/2/2015; 58 minutes

After 28 years as a public-school teacher, Bob Wood reluctantly left the classroom and took the helm of his school. During his 10-year tenure as principal, Bob acted as the CEO of an organization of over 1,000 constituents. In this role, he successfully balanced the competing demands of parents, teachers and central office administrators and ensured that his "customers" (the students) were consistently well served.
