A government official with NATO experience, the Bosnia conflict, and nuclear proliferation, Ambassador Schulte expresses his own views, not that of the US government, on a range of topics including: the transformation of NATO; institution building in post conflict situations; nuclear proliferation; the threats posed by terrorist organizations and aspiring nuclear states such as Iran; and the special situation of Israel and India under the non proliferation regime.
