"Parkinson's Disease Dementia" featuring Neurologist, Dr. Dee Silver, discusses how Parkinson's patients are 4 to 6 times more likely to develop some cognitive impairment. Up to 1 million people in the US are affected by IPD. After patients have had the disease 8 to 10 years, they have about an 80% chance of developing cognitive impairment. Dr. Silver talks about a new drug (Excelon) that is shown to hold off these impairments. (#13686)
