ONE-TIME DOWNLINK, NON RETRANSMISSION FORM

Please note: UCTV's C-Band signal is an MPEG-2 digital stream (Tandberg DVB encoding), which means you must have a digital receiver/decoder to successfully downlink our programming. The Pansat model 150 is a recommended low-cost model (http://www.skyvision.com/store/mi7015028.html or 1-800-644-5705).

To receive your satellite coordinates for downloading individual programs, simply complete and submit the following form. (For cable retransmission, please complete the Cable Retransmission Form.) Once submitted, you will receive the coordinates. We suggest you print that page as it will contain the coordinates and additional contact information.

UCTV is also available as a 24-hour channel on Dish Network Satellite, Channel 9412. (Please complete this form for our records and indicate in the "Notes" field that you will use the Dish Network Feed).
