Manage Time Effectively

One of your best resources in college is time. It's important to budget it effectively. College students have to balance class time with studying, an active social life, and often job responsibilities. Effective time management will help you to set reasonable goals and to succeed.

One of the best ways to manage your time is to establish a structured schedule. This can be a chart that you create that indicates when you go to classes, study, enjoy social activities, work, eat and sleep, etc. For more information, read R. Fred Zukor's article, "Time Management: I'll Stop Procrastinating Tomorrow".
