C-BAND SATELLITE CABLE RETRANSSION FORM, PART ONE

For retransmission of UCTV's signal via C-Band satellite, please complete this form.

PLEASE NOTE: UCTV's C-Band signal is an MPEG-2 digital stream (Tandberg DVB encoding), which means you must have a digital receiver/decoder to successfully downlink our programming. The Pansat 3500SD is a recommended low-cost model (www.pansat3500sd.com or 1-800-381-8671).

To receive your satellite coordinates, simply complete and submit the following form. You will be asked to read the Retransmission License Agreement. Upon acceptance, you will receive the coordinates. We suggest you print that page as it will contain the coordinates and additional contact information.
